My last photo session of 2019 was one of my favorites of the whole year! (And when you scroll through this post, you’ll see why!)

You all know that I’m a natural light photographer, but when your nephew’s birthday falls during the cold winter months, you scramble to find the perfect studio for his one year photos! Luckily, I was able to rent an incredible studio in downtown Akron that had the most incredible window light! AKA- heaven for this natural light loving gal!

And since Sam is pretty used to my camera at this point, we got right to work and captured the sweetest photos EVER! I mean, just look at his smile in all of these photos! We started with some family photos and went right into individual photos of Sam. But then, the real fun started and we brought out the cake to smash! Honestly, these are some of my favorite photos to capture and he certainly didn’t disappoint!

The last year of watching this little guy grow up has been so much fun! (You can see a recap and more photos of Sam here!) I can’t wait to keep being his annoying Aunt Cheese who constantly makes him take more photos! Keep scrolling to see all the cuteness!
