Marisa & Ethan are two of my favorite people and I could not be more excited for the newest addition to their family!! I feel so lucky because I have photographed their engagement, wedding, maternity and now, their in-home newborn session! Knowing that they trust me with their biggest life milestones means so, so much to me!

Marisa & Ethan waited to find out if they were having a girl or boy, and their neutral colored nursery was absolutely adorable! As I was taking detail shots of the nursery, I did stumble upon the largest basket of hair bows, so there is no denying that their daughter is going to be the most stylish baby on the block! Their two dogs also joined in on the photos and I got to impress (read horrify) them by showing off my awesome dog voice to get them both to look at the camera. (Seriously, my voice gets so high and obnoxious, it’s ridiculous.) But it does the job!

Marisa’s mom was also at the house during the session and near the end, I had her jump in for a few photos. Let me tell you– they are some of my favorite photos ever! The love this Nunni has for her first grandchild is so obvious and it’s just the sweetest thing!

Marisa & Ethan: thank you both from the bottom of my heart for having me capture so many major life events for you. It absolutely means the world to me and I just know that you two are going to be the absolute BEST parents!! Mila is a lucky little girl!
